Windows monitor application for satellite antenna control unit.  Application continually polls several control units via a Digiboard interface and records responses on display in real-time. The software records the raw and filtered data in a database using Microsoft Access format.  The features include:

	Ability to filter the data based on any of the fields in the data record
	Ability to transmit certain records over a serial port
	Ability run reports on logged data
